On Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) hosted a free webinar entitled, “Retail Center Revitalization Program”.
The program is designed to test the effectiveness of partnering local units of government with retail center owners to make improvements to unoccupied shopping centers in a way that contributes to an ongoing coordinated revitalization effort in local communities. The speakers for this program were Leland Speed, Executive Director of the Mississippi Development Authority and Joy Foy, Director of the Asset Development Division. Speed and Foy discussed the program and will conclude the webinar with a question and answer session.
