HOME Investment Partnerships Program

The Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) allocatees funds to strengthen public/private partnerships and to expand the supply of decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing*.

Program Facts

The HOME Program provides decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing for low and very low income families. Affordable housing through the HOME program is available through these programs:

Homebuyer Assistance
Homeowner Rehabilitation/Reconstruction
New Construction/Substantial Rehabilitation of Multi-Family Rental Units

Audits

All federally funded projects must meet federal audit requirements. For more information please select audits.

Since HOME Program funds are limited, projects must compete for available funds. Rating criteria, amount of funding available, and application due dates are published annually.
