The Home Investment Partnerships Grant Program (HOME) for New Construction provides assistance to Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) that are constructing multi-family rental housing units.
Program Facts
Affordable housing is the goal of the Home Investment Partnerships Program (for New Construction Projects). The program is designed to provide assistance to low income families as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The HOME Program (for New Construction Projects) provides for a maximum grant amount of $750,000 per project. CHDOs may apply for these funds.
