The Energy Division provides information on the guidelines for meeting the requirements of the Alternative Fuel Vehicles Program [10 CFR Part 490] ENERGY POLICY ACT OF 1992 (EPACT). Staff members coordinate with other state agencies as well as public and private entities concerning the alternative fuel transportation utilization requirements.
