Regional Map of Mississippi The Northeast Regional Office, located in Tupelo, Mississippi, serves fourteen counties: Alcorn, Benton, Calhoun, Chickasaw, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lee, Marshall, Monroe, Pontotoc, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo and Union. The Northeast Regional Office also administers programs as an arm of the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC).
