HOME CHDO funds must be invested in housing that is owned, developed or sponsored by a CHDO to include new construction of multi-family rental units or homebuyer assistance. All Homebuyer Assistance requirements will apply to CHDOs. The maximum and minimum grant sizes for CHDO projects are $750,000 and $250,000 respectively for New Construction. The maximum and minimum grant sizes for CHDO projects are $250,000 and $100,000 respectively for Homebuyer Assistance.
