Doing Business with the MDA
The Mississippi Development Authority Purchasing Office maintains a listing of vendors for various services and commodities. To be placed on this list, please download and complete our Bidder's List Application. You may print out the form, fill it in, and mail or fax to the Purchasing Office.
For information on how to do business with the State of Mississippi, you may access the Department of Finance and Administration site. This site contains the "State of Mississippi Vendors Guide" which discusses the structure of purchasing in Mississippi and the various techniques of purchasing available to governmental units. The guide identifies the commodity class and the items covered by both the negotiated agreements and the competitively bid contracts. It also covers open market purchases and the commodities covered by this purchasing method.
