The Administration Division is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing administrative and managerial support systems in the department, providing a broad array of services.
The Accounting and Finance Bureau is responsible for the financial management and record keeping of the agency including purchasing, contract administration, and inventory.
The Human Resources Bureau recruits for vacancies, processes employee classification/compensation changes, manages employee benefits, oversees staff development and assists with disciplinary issues.
The Office Operations Bureau supports centralized document processing, mail services, vehicle management, supplies, records management and receptionist services as well as communications services including telephone, telefax, and photocopying.
The Information Systems Bureau manages complex, local- and wide-area computer networks which provide agency staff and local economic developers with electronic access to needed information from anywhere in the world.
